Pricing

With the Starter plan, you get a fully custom website with hosting and maintenance included. You get up to 5 content updates per month. You won’t own the website, so you need to keep paying the monthly fee to keep the website running.

After you pay the upfront cost, the website will be developed for you. The same development standards apply as the Business plan. Pelneth will handle hosting and maintenance for the monthly payment.

If you miss a month’s payment, you will be reminded, but the website will continue running.

If you miss the next month’s payment as well, you will be reminded again. Two days after that reminder, the website will be paused. You can restart the website by paying the two missed payments within one year of the date it was paused. If you restart it within that year, the website will become active again as before.

If you do not restart the website before one year has passed from the date it was paused, the website will be terminated. You will receive reminders before the year ends. After termination, the website cannot be restarted and you will need to start a new plan or purchase the Business plan again.

You can buy your website at any time before termination. If the website is paused, you can buy it without paying the two missed monthly payments that resulted in the pause. Before you commit to the Starter plan, Pelneth will provide you with the fixed cost of buying the website in the future. The buyback price will remain fixed according to the contract you sign.

When the website is terminated, any assets you provided for it, such as images or logos, will be removed from the website and returned to you. Pelneth may retain and reuse the code and design created for the website.

If Pelneth decides to end the agreement, you will still have the rights to use the design. This includes the visual and structural design of the website, including its layouts, typography, colors, spacing, visual elements, and responsive designs. Pelneth will retain ownership of the design, but you can create or hire someone else to create a website using that design.

With the Business plan, you pay the full upfront cost and own the website from the start. You have complete control over the website, including where it is hosted and how it is maintained.

After you pay the upfront cost, Pelneth will develop your website according to the agreed requirements. The same development standards used for the Starter plan apply here as well.

You can update the website’s content yourself, move it to your preferred hosting provider, or have another developer work on it. Pelneth can also provide website setup support to help you get started.

The Business plan does not include ongoing hosting or maintenance. If you would like Pelneth to continue managing your website after it is completed, website management can be arranged separately.
